Hello to everyone who lands on this page, and WELCOME!

My name is Alice Huskisson and I was born in Essex, England, in the 1960s. I am fun, a little bit glam and a real ‘girly’ girl, who loves chick flicks, reality television, and spending lots of time with my family and friends. I confess to being a twelve year-old trapped in a forty-something’s body! I am deep thinking, convinced everything happens for a reason, and believe anything is possible in life. I enjoy simple living and have never been eager to take risks, rarely stepping out of my comfort zone, although when I do I take massive strides.

My career has to date been in the field of administration where my greatest strength is written communication. I have always enjoyed writing since I was a little girl in the 1970s when I spent most of my spare time corresponding regularly with seventy pen pals from all over the world. I am fascinated by men and what makes them tick however readily admit I will never fully understand their psyche. My biggest desire in life has always been to settle down with the man of my dreams however my mission was to find him first, and this was the inspiration for writing my original blog and ultimately my novel, The Man in a Haystack, which achieved best seller status at Amazon. Recently I made the decision to take it out of print and concentrate on other areas of my life, but it was an experience I’ll never forget and a very proud accomplishment.
